Lorima Returns and Refunds Policy

At Lorima, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns policy!

You have 30 days from receipt to return any unused item in its original condition. Just make sure you have your receipt or proof of purchase handy and email us the details at info@lorima.co.uk, or call us on 0800 8611039. 

When the item arrives we will inspect if and process a refund to your original payment method if everything checks out.  We will keep you updated all the way.

Please note shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.  For extra peace of mind, we do recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over £50.   

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll happily exchange it for you and any shipping costs incurred will be refunded back to your original payment method.  

If an item is not in its original condition or outside of the 30 days, we will let you know if the refund has been approved.
