Natural: Woven from the indigenous Veta Vera grass, also called elephant grass because of its strength, that grows naturally and found in abundance around the villages of Bolgatanga, Northern Ghana.
Handmade: continuing time honoured techniques, weavers cut down, hand dye the grass before drying it in the hot Ghanian sun. The grass is split and woven into beautiful designs. Finally the handles are attached. Some use decorative leather, others not, whatever the design this stage is only carried out by experienced weavers, making sure your basket is robust for the ups and downs of every day life.
Supporting Communities: demand for these beautiful baskets is increasing. Exports are a valued source of supplementary income that help to support the villages and families of Northern Ghana.

Returns
You can return your item within 30 days from receipt of the product. After 30 days, we are not able to offer refunds or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
On receipt of the returned item we will inspect the item and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@lorima.co.uk.
