Care Instructions
To help organic cotton achieve it's best results we recommend following a few simple guidelines:-
- Soak for 24 hours before initial use to help the organic fibres achieve maximum absorbency.
- Separate whites from colours.
- Avoid fabric softener or bleach.
- Machine wash cold/warm.
- Tumble dry low/medium heat.
- Separate items that could catch on tassels or loops. If a thread pulls or comes loose simply trim it to the same level as the rest of the threads. Trimming a thread does not impact on the integrity of the towel.

When the item arrives we will inspect if and process a refund to your original payment method if everything checks out. We will keep you updated all the way.
Please note shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. For extra peace of mind, we do recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over £50.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll happily exchange it for you and any shipping costs incurred will be refunded back to your original payment method.
If an item is not in its original condition or outside of the 30 days, we will let you know if the refund has been approved.
